AcroYoga Introhold - foråret 2025 / Introduction class - spring 2025

Beskrivelse af arrangementet

Are you ready to explore a new way of moving, connecting, and having fun or just curious? Join us for a 7-week acroyoga course designed to introduce you to the foundations of the fun and social practice.

This course is for you if you:
- have never done acroyoga before.
- have done a little but are still unsure of the basics.
- have done the basics but would like a repetition.
- If You want to join Akroyoga Odense (AYO)

To start in AYO (as a complete beginner) you need join an intro class. So this is your chance 

Practical information

Location: Ejerslykkeskolen, Rødegårdsvej 164. (The gym hall furthest away for the gate) 
Dates: Tuesdays from April 22th to Juni 3th.
Time: 17:30 to 18:45.

If you choose to become a member of Akroyoga Odense (AYO) afterwards, then the 200kr is deducted from the 300kr membership fee.
